Steve Rogers is not Captain America?

Good News! On September 13, the official Captain America: Civil War Blu-ray and DvDs are getting released. But it is not like we have not seen the movie already right? If you still have not seen the movie please watch it before reading this article.

Bad News? Steve Rogers is no more? The following information is based on The Huffington Post

As comic book fans we all thought that Captain is going to die in Captain America: Civil War, didn't we? But somehow Marvel Studios came up with a plan to save Captain from getting killed. But it does not mean that Captain is safe in the new up coming movies since he dropped his shield and went into hiding. The Huffington Post interviewed Anthony and Joe Russo to clarify whether or not Steve Rogers is no longer theCaptain America. Russo brothers did not want to hide the fact that they have special plans for Captain.

I think him dropping that shield is him letting go of that identity, It’s him admitting that certainly the identity of Captain America was in conflict with the very personal choice that he was making.

One thing for sure is that Captain is not out of MCU. It was confirmed that why Captain was not killed in Civil War is because writers of Infinity War are planning to use him in the movie. So what we can grasp from the available information is Steve Rogers stepping out of Super Hero role is temporary. He will be back as Avengers are yet to face their ultimate challenge Thanos. Hopefully Thanos will make the Rogers want to make a dramatic appearance in the middle of a tense fight.

Luckily we have few movies coming up before the Avengers:Infinity War. In these film the Avenger's future will be revealed. Specially in Black Panther, MCU will address what happens to the Team Captain since at the end of Civil War Team Captain is in Wakanda guarded by Black Panther. These are the MCU movies that are coming before Infinity War.
